fantastic stay!
convenient location spacious room
i loved the airport express bus stop being so close! it was only a quick walk to the hotel, so convenient. my room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. the air conditioning worked perfectly, i always appreciate that!
The room was good, but the bathroom had a sliding glass door that wouldn't stay completely closed. soundproofing could be improved. I could hear noises from other rooms.

The breakfast had many choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the room included a minibar and a coffee machine, it was great! the staff was helpful with directions. they pointed out a nice walking route to the old town square.
The gym was smaller than i expected. It only had a few machines. the air conditioning in the room was quite loud. It made sleeping a bit difficult. the elevator near my room was under maintenance for a day. This meant i had to use the stairs once.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of everyone. The reception team were helpful and polite. The hotel itself was super clean and comfortable. Vaclav checked me in and helped with the bags. He also showed us to the room. He carefully answered all our questions too.
I found the hotel staff to be rude and unhelpful. I waited long time for check-in. It was late and some guests were waiting also. The staff confirmed my request but it was wrong.

Breakfast has a big selection across mirrored areas. There is also a made-to-order omelette and waffle station available. Drink stations have hot chocolate, coffee, and juices . The breakfast setup sees consistent restocking and good efficiency too.

The hotel provides in-room Netflix access. It also has a secure room safe for guest use. A bar at the front sees a welcome change of pace. It looked quiet and stylish to me.
